Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Head to streamline workflows, implement automation, manage teams, and enhance overall efficiency. You will play a key role in freeing the CEO from daily execution, ensuring seamless coordination across departments, and contributing to strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize workflows across SEO, Website, SMM, Performance, Creative, Content & HR teams.
• Implement automation tools to improve efficiency and turnaround times.
• Ensure timely execution of projects, while maintaining high quality.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and project management.
• Guide and mentor teams to productivity and performance.

Job Role: Business Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute growth strategies that align with the agency’s long-term goals.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, focusing on high-value clients and strategic partnerships.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting and qualification to proposal development, pitching, and closing.
• Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers at medium to enterprise-level companies.
• Collaborate with marketing, strategy, and creative teams to craft tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and sales materials.
• Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
• Provide mentorship to junior business development staff and contribute to a high-performance sales culture.
• Report on KPIs and sales performance to senior leadership, offering insights for continuous improvement.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts to identify new opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Job Role : Videographer

Key Responsibilities:

Photography

• Capture professional, high-quality photos for products, events, and lifestyle shoots.
• Edit and retouch images for use across digital and print platforms.
• Maintain photography equipment and manage studio/backdrop setups.

Videography

• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for campaigns, social media, and events.
• Create storyboards and shot lists in coordination with the creative/marketing team.
• Ensure proper lighting, sound, and camera setup during shoots.
• Add music, voice-overs, captions, and special effects during editing.

Content Management

• Organize and archive photo/video files.
• Maintain consistent visual style and branding across all content.
• Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and content creators.

Requirements:

• Camera and lenses
• Proven experience in photography and videography (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects).

• Execute, and manage Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads campaigns & other paid media channels.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor research, and audience targeting to optimize ad performance.
• Create A/B tests for ads and landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
• Analyze campaign performance and produce data-driven insights to improve ROI.
• Monitor budget allocation and adjust bids to gain better ROI.
• Optimize marketing funnels to improve lead quality and sales conversion.
• Collaborate with the content and design team to develop campaign creative assets.
• Creating Media Plans for upcoming and existing clients.
